Dr. Karla M. Wagner is a Board Certified Pediatrician who has been dedicated exclusively to children’s health issues since 1982. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University of Medicine. She completed her Pediatric Residency at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1985. Prior to joining the practice, she was Director of Outpatient Pediatrics at Episcopal Hospital in Philadelphia for nine years. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, as well as a member of the American Medical Association. Dr. Wagner and her husband live in Bel Air. Their five children: Kris, Erika, Amelia, Molly, and Harry are out on their own or in college leaving Dr. Wagner with an “empty nest”. Your children are what fill her days with the joy and sound of children that she misses at home.

bsped-staff-dsc_9513-183Dr. Paul T. Rogers is a graduate of University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed his Pediatric Residency at the University of California Los Angeles Medical Center, and achieved Board Certification in Pediatrics in 1981. His training includes the completion of a competitive fellowship from Johns Hopkins Neurodevelopmental Pediatrics Program. He specializes in the care of the child with learning disabilities, attention disorder, mental retardation, and autism spectrum disorder. Dr. Rogers recently received an MBA degree in Medical Services at Johns Hopkins University. He is an attending physician, part-time, at Kennedy Kreiger Institute at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Rogers resides in Churchville with his wife, Cami.

bsped-staff-dsc_9475-183Dr. Hetal K. Dhruva is a Board Certified Pediatrician. She is a graduate of The University of Akron and Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. She completed her residency at The University Children’s Hospital, University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, in Newark, New Jersey. Prior to moving to Bel Air and joining Bright Oaks Pediatrics, Dr. Dhruva worked for four years at a community health center in NJ, where she served as the head of an asthma clinic. Dr. Dhruva and her husband, Vivek, live in Bel Air with their two daughters, Alina and Ashna.

IMG 4128 DrSulkDr. David F. Sulkowski is a Board Certified Pediatrician. He is a graduate of the University of Medicine of New Jersey-School of Osteophathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington. While on Active Duty in the US Army, Dr. Sulkowski served as the lone Pediatrician at Camp Humphreys in the Republic of Korea as well as Chief of Pediatrics at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, NC. A native of Bel Air, Dr. Sulkowski has returned to Harford County with his wife, Kathryn, and two sons, Tyler and Nathan.
