Bright Oaks Pediatric Center offers same day appointments when available. We ask that you call the office during business hours to schedule. We do not accept any walk-in appointments. If you plan on having a relative or babysitter bring your child to an appointment, please inform the front desk team so they can be sure you have added them to the child's Consent for Treatment of a Minor form.
Bright Oaks Pediatric Center is group provider practice. No single provider is assigned to an individual patient so any of our Pediatricians or Pediatric Nurse Practitioners can see your child, resulting in less wait times for an appointment. You can request to see a specific provider and we will honor requests as best we can, however, you can be rest assured that if you need an appointment within a certain timeframe, we can get you in with someone on our Awesome Team. Each provider has access to view your child’s history and pick up right where the last person left off so you are guaranteed the best continuity of care!

For urgent questions or concerns that arise after hours, please call our main number and your call will be directed to our answering service. Please note there is a fee associated with after hours calls.
The Physician or CRNP on call will listen to your concerns and return your call to advise you based on established protocols.
Our office will NOT call in medications or antibiotics after hours.
Life Threatening Emergencies
If your child has a life threatening injury or illness, please call 911 or take them to the nearest emergency room.
Medication Policy & Refills

Medication refills must be requested by the parent/patient by calling the office; we do not accept refill requests from pharmacies.
If your child needs a refill on their medication(s), please call the office and follow the prompts for the prescription refill voicemail box. Be sure to include: patient's name, date of birth, medication, pharmacy, and a call back number.
Please note that we will not call in medications or antibiotics for any child that has not been evaluated in our office.
We pride ourselves on providing efficient and thorough care and want to make sure each child receives the best individualized care.
We understand that manufacturing and supply chain issues have been plaguing the U.S. recently when it comes to prescription and even some OTC medications. It is frustrating for prescribers and patients alike.
Unfortunately, if your medication is out of stock at your requested pharmacy, it is your responsibility as the patient/parent to find the medication at an alternate location. Our office does not have the ability to handle this on behalf of each of our patients; additionally not every pharmacy is affiliated with individual insurance plans. Insurance & Billing
We participate with most commercial insurance companies and welcome self-pay patients. Please be aware that payment is due at the time of service for self-pay individuals.
We do not participate with the following insurances:
