At Bright Oaks, our team works closely together to provide exceptional, compassionate care. Each member brings their expertise to ensure the highest level of support and well-being for the children and families we serve.
A pediatrician is a dedicated doctor for children from infancy through young adulthood, providing not only routine checkups but also care for acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and developmental or behavioral concerns. Becoming a pediatrician requires extensive training, including medical school followed by a three-year pediatric residency. At Bright Oaks, we’re passionate about helping children thrive into healthy adults, while supporting them through any challenges along the way.
What is a Pediatrician?
A nurse practitioner is an advanced registered nurse with a master’s degree and board certification in their specialty area. Pediatric nurse practitioners undergo extensive training to provide independent care for children from birth through age 21. At Bright Oaks, our pediatric nurse practitioners deliver personalized care, with a focus on education, prevention, and the well-being of both the child and their family.

What is a Nurse Practitioner?
At Bright Oaks Pediatric Center, we work as a team to make sure your child gets the care they need, when they need it. With our group practice, any of our friendly Pediatricians or Pediatric Nurse Practitioners can see your child, helping reduce wait times for appointments. If you have a preferred provider, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but you can always feel confident that your child will be in great hands with anyone on our caring team. Our providers stay connected with your child’s medical history, so you are guaranteed the best continuity of care and a smooth, personalized experience every time you visit.
Meet Our Team
Bright Oaks is truly exceptional! The front desk staff consistently goes above and beyond with their kindness and assistance. The medical team, including the doctors and NPs, are truly outstanding.
D. Clemens
Phenomenal! The front desk is always so kind and bubbly- which makes such a difference. Dr. Dave is wonderful and as a sweet touch always gives his patients a hot wheels car. We love it here!
T. Hubbard
Growing up I was a patient at Bright Oaks. Years later, my daughter is now a patient! We have been so impressed throughout our 7 years with Bright Oaks. They have the most accommodating hours, we have never had an issue not being able to be seen for a sick visit. Their staff is nothing short of amazing.
C. Forbes
I have been taking my twins here for over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about bright Oaks. The staff is incredibly polite and courteous. They always answer all of my questions whenever I call and get back to me in a timely matter.
N. Holzhauser
I was a patient here when I was a child and now both of my children go here. When I had my children the staff (Carolyn) still remembered me from 10 years ago! They're so friendly and helpful and we can always get an appointment when needed.
A. Kirby
Absolutely amazing staff and doctors. Adore them all. Been going for almost 6 years now, always a same day appointment *anytime* I’ve called. Never a single billing issue. The people there are friendly and seem to genuinely care about all the patients and families they see.
K. Hughes
Excellent practice, excellent providers. I have no complaints! They take the time needed for all of my questions and concerns and I never feel rushed during appointments which is the most important thing to me when looking for a pediatrician.
J. McCauley
18 glorious years going here with both our children. From the front office to the care from the doctors we simply feel blessed to have found great care from the beginning. There are simply no words that can express our gratitude.
